Data controller

Eduardo González Leñero, doing business as AERRECU (“AERRECU”), located at Calle Diagonal 70 Sur esquina, Manzana 258, Lote 002, between 13 Sur and 15 Sur, Colonia Ejidal, ZIP 77712, Playa del Carmen, Solidaridad, Quintana Roo, Mexico, is responsible for processing the personal data you provide, in accordance with Mexico’s Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties and other applicable regulations.

Personal data we collect

We collect the data you give us directly through the contact form, WhatsApp, email, phone or in meetings: name, email address, phone number, subject and content of your message, and any information you choose to share about your project (for example, site location, needs and budget). We do not collect sensitive personal data.

Purposes

Your data will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary for our relationship with you:

  • Replying to your messages, questions and requests for information.
  • Scheduling meetings and preparing proposals or quotes for architecture and construction services.
  • Following up on and delivering the services you hire.
  • Complying with legal, tax and contractual obligations.

We may also use your data to send you information about our projects and services. If you do not want your data used for this secondary purpose, let us know at any time at egl@aerrecu.mx.

Data transfers

AERRECU does not sell or share your personal data with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or when necessary to provide the services you hire (for example, with suppliers or collaborators directly involved in your project, who will be bound to keep it confidential).

ARCO rights

You have the right to Access, Rectify and Cancel your personal data or to Oppose its processing (ARCO rights), and to revoke your consent. To exercise them, email egl@aerrecu.mx with your name, a way to reply to you, a copy of your ID and a clear description of your request. We will respond within 20 business days.
