At AERRECU every project begins by listening. We design, develop and build homes, apartments and residential developments in the Riviera Maya and other regions of Mexico, with honest architecture designed for the climate and for the people who will live in it.
Architectural design
We turn your needs, your site and your budget into a clear architectural proposal. We study the site, orientation, climate and existing vegetation to design spaces that work well and feel right.

How we work
A clear process in which you take part in every important decision.
- Listening. A first meeting to get to know you and understand how you live and what you expect from your home. We visit the site.
- Schematic design. We present the idea of the project: layout, massing and materials. We refine it together until it makes sense to you.
- Construction documents. We develop the technical drawings, engineering and budget to build with certainty.
- Construction. We build or supervise the work with regular site visits and direct communication with you.
- Handover. You receive your finished home, checked in detail and ready to live in.
Where we work
We are based in the Riviera Maya. We work mainly in Playa del Carmen, Puerto Morelos, Tulum and Cancún, and we have also completed projects in Jalisco, in Tapalpa and Tlajomulco. If your project is in another city, get in touch.
